Our shipping rates are Standard delivery rate
Orders are shipped within 2 working days.
Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Qiklock Australia is not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
All orders will be sent during our operating times Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Qiklock Australia does not ship internationally. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.

Store Pickup
Store Pickup is a free service, which allows you to purchase online and collect your order from our Wetherill Park store.

Returns Policy
If you received a product from Qiklock Australia and it has defect once opened, please contact us immediately.
The Buyer must inspect all Goods provided on delivery to the Buyer and notify us of any evident defect/damage.
The Buyer must provide us with a reasonable opportunity to replace or repair any defect or damage to the Goods.
Goods made to special order or custom made for the Buyer are not eligible to be returned.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
